As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive and lasting impression. This position involves assisting customers with ticket purchases, answering questions about our cruises, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations during a busy summer season.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service

  • Sell tickets and process transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Answer questions about cruise schedules, offerings, and the local area

  • Assist customers in person and over the phone

  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks during peak times

  • Work collaboratively with crew and staff to support daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Comfortable interacting with a high volume of customers

  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Schedule & Season:

  • Seasonal position: early May through late October

  • Weekend and holiday availability required
